Familyfirst offers a Content Library to serve hospital-relevant materials to the patient-family, right in the Familyfirst mobile app. This is a great resource for the family members to browse the hospital’s medical services, cafeteria menu, or other pages.

Familyfirst has a staff-engagement feature that lets family members craft digital thank you cards to express their gratittude for their loved one’s care team.
